By way of introduction, I am in my thirties and have had periods in my life of deep introspection on the concept of God. From being confused on the theory of infinite time and space in my teen years, through a series of events I began a single minded inner seach for God some years back. Although I am of Asian (specifically Hindu) origins I did not follow the path of Hinduism over the years but tended to be drawn towards the route of most modern spiritual seekers. From familiarising myself generally on the substance of some of the major religions, I tended to ignore my own until my late twenties. I was far more inclined to explore the ever-expanding realm of holistic and alternative therapies.
.
From my late twenties I was drawn back to my Hindu roots and discovered a dynamic and surprisingly contemporary approach to life and God within its more orthadox surface of religious rituals and austerities. This path was further strengthened by a deeper appreciation on the role and nature of Avatars (direct manifestations of God) in the progression of an individual soul's spiritual path in accordance with their mission in the world at large. I also dedicate much time in consideration of ''godmen'' and/or gurus and roles they may play in on the journey of the spiritual seeker.

Although we all have to learn to receive love, give love and be love, the process is distinct for each one. It is this process that is almost always a roller-coaster and finding the balance can sometimes be particularly challenging. Sharing with friends of the spirit in an easy and uncomplicated manner is one of the truly beneficial ways of gaining valuable insight into oneself.
